October 31, 2009 Saturday - 16 members and 2 guests met at CMS this morning for the breakfast ride. It was a nice morning with a little breeze and it was somewhat cooler (it was early) then it has been. I go to ride with Brucie today because little league was a Friday night game this week. The ride was nice, Patty brought a friend named Peg and Jimmy had Paula with him. It was nice to see her. A crazy woman with a mangled black cat spent the morning giving out candy. The wait staff really liked her. Candy melts in tour packs though. It was okay Brucie only got mad a little. See you all tomorrow. T (she forgot the hugs and kisses - so here they are)

October 24, 2009 Saturday - 12 members (including 1 that just returned from the snowy north country of Maine on Thursday) met at CMS for the weekly breakfast ride to eat. Peter B. made the suggestion that we try a new place in Pinellas Park called "Lil Bit Kuntry", we agreed so off we went to 71st Ave. It was a nice morning to go over the bridge and the bay. The ride took about a 1/2 hour, the restaurant had our table waiting, servers brought our coffee right away and began taking orders. Joe E. had some trouble reading the menu as it was not written in Brooklyn. The food, pricing and service were all good. After breakfast a group of us went to Jim's HD for the 2010 model demo days and to secure our up front spot in the toy run on 12-06-09. Til next time---

October 22, 2009 Thursday - 15 members met at Catches Waterfront Grille for the monthly Chapter dinner ride. It was yummy. Many of us took advantage of the 2 for 20 menu. Odie and Jimmy were there as was Tim, Tommy and Karen. Weather was lovely for a ride. Till next time. Hugs and Kisses, T...

October 18, 2009 Sunday - 6 members met us in Homosassa for our 4th anniversary ride to Cedar Key. Dominick and Diane joined us. It was nice to see them and meet their dog. Who, behaves better than some kids, even in the eating area where there were other dogs and food. We enjoyed eating the foods prepared by the Lions, Scouts, FFA and the school committees instead of a restaurant. All enjoyed much good food and it is always good to support kids who are out trying to do something good. It was also good to see Patty and Roland. Bruce and I had a nice day. I got some wall art at the festival, two photos of out houses. Joe and Tony were also with us. It was good to see everyone. See you all at the dinner ride. Hugs and Kisses. T.

October 11, 2009 Sunday - 10 members came from various meeting locations to Gulf Coast HD to register for Bob White's (Sheriff of Pasco County) Charity Ride for Pace. Rumor has it there could have been 11, however a Gold Wing didn't want to get up and go this fine morning. Imagine that all the Harley guys just started their bikes right up. It was very very HOT. They did door prizes and a raffle at Harley. Joe and Joe won prizes. The ride was not bad as moving down the road made a little breeze. We ended up at the Cotee River Bikefest. It was groovy, then some of us went to Juan's Black Bean Cafe for lunch Most delicious. Till next time hugs and kisses, T.

October 10, 2009 Saturday - 10 members met on this disgusting hot, humid October(?) morning at CMS for the breakfast ride. After the tire kicking period, the small group discussed the important thing, where do we eat, it was decided that since we were a small group and the snowbirds hadn't come back to Clearwater yet Lenny's (with the baskets of FREE danish on the table) was the place. It was a short ride, which with the heat, humidity and the threat of rain overhead, was good. We were seated (although we had to be at adjoining tables) right away. As always, the service, food (including the FREE danish), and prices were good. After breakfast everyone headed to different destinations. We hope that our missing, illing members are feeling better. Til next time--

October 3, 2009 Saturday - 10 members met at CMS on what was a beautiful late summer morning for the weekly breakfast ride. After much discussion, it was decided to go to the Central Park Family Restaurant in NPR. It was an enjoyable ride to NPR, but when we arrived the man who thought he knew where he was going didn't, so our destination was changed to the Windmeal Inn (must have been destiny). The food was great and priced right although the service was a little slow for some. After breakfast some of us went to QS&L to an event, others went to the BMW dealer to check out the new bikes, while others went to do their own thing. Til next time---
